OUR VINEYARDS
AND TECHNOLOGY

The Cuza Vodă divins are produced on the basis of young, white wines, with a neutral aromatic profile, being especially preferred the Aligoté variety (brought to Bessarabia by the winemaker Constantin Mimi), Chardonnay, Feteasca Albă and other European varieties. The distillates are produced in a special column modernized in 2010 by specialists from France. It is made of copper, which provides a significant contribution to the divins’ quality.
