Almond Crusta

– 30 ml of divin
– 15 ml of gin
– 22 ml of lemon juice
– 15 ml of almond syrup
– a few drops of bitter
– sugar
– lemon peel

Mix all ingredients with ice and then stir.


Bermuda Highball

– 30 ml of divin
– 30 ml of vermouth
– a few drops of bitter
– 90 ml of mineral water

Mix all ingredients with ice and then stir.
Garnish with orange or lemon peel.


Sidecar

– 60 ml of divin
– 30 ml of Cointreau
– 30 ml of lemon juice
– sugar

Mix all ingredients together with ice until they are thoroughly combined and smooth.
To be served in martini glasses. Sprinkle the edge with sugar.


Bamboo

– 38 ml Hennessy XO
– 30 ml of madeira
– 22 ml of vermouth
– a teaspoon of Demerara syrup

Mix all ingredients together with ice until they are thoroughly combined and smooth.
To be served in wine glasses.

– 8 ml of syrup
– 8 ml of fresh lemon juice
– 38 ml of divin
– champagne
– lemon peel

Mix the syrup, lemon juice and cognac together with ice.
Add champagne and lemon peel over all these ingredients.
